• Using the default keyword "all" will find all listings within the selected category.
• Seperate keywords with a space " ".
  This will return all records containing at least one of the keywords.
• Two letter words are not valid keywords. They will be ignored.
• Many three letter words will be ignored, also.
• Put an asterisk "*" after a word to find both singular and plural versions.
• A plus sign "+" before a word means all results MUST contain that word.
• A minus sign "-" before a word will exclude any record containing that word.
