By posting a listing of an item for purchase through this service, you agree that you will not post any listing that is libelous, defamatory, harmful, offensive, unlawful or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others. Once again, Lookn4.com reserves the absolute right to remove any listing at any time, and for any reason. 3). Lookn4.com does not warrant, guarantee, or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any listing, nor the quality, reliability, safety or fitness of any item purchased or obtained by a buyer as a result of a listing. Lookn4.com shall not be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to this service. If you have any concerns about your trading partner, you are urged to consider the use of a third party escrow service or other service that provides user verification. In the event that you have any dispute with one or more users of Lookn4.com, you agree to release Lookn4.com and its agents, employees and associated parties from any claims, demands and damages, whether actual or consequential, of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.
